Blueberry Swirl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 Flour

  • 1 Cup Pecans, Chopped

  • 8 Oz. Cream Cheese

  • 1/2 Cup butter

  • 2 Small Boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding

  • 3 Cups Milk

  • 1 Cup Whipped Cream or Cool Whip

  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the flour, pecans, and butter together and press into the bottom of a 9×13 pan to create the crust. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes and set aside to cool. Beat together the whippped cream, powdered sugar, and cream cheese and spread layer over top of the crust. For the next layer, beat together the vanilla pudding and milk. Spread layer over cream cheese mixture. Place pan in the refridgerator for 30 minutes to firm up. Top with a layer of whipped cream and garnish with blueberries. Serves 10-12. Enjoy!
