Caramel Nut Bars

From the Kitchen of Gaynell Dodge of Big Sandy, Tennessee

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Eggs

  • 1 Box Light Brown Sugar

  • 1 Cup Coconut

  • 1 Cup Pecans

  • 2 Cups Bisquick Mix

  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased 9″x13″ pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until done. Cut into squares.
