Supreme Blueberry Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/4 Cups of Bisquick

  • 2 Tbs. of Sugar

  • 2 Tsp. of Baking Powder

  • 1 Tsp. of Vanilla

  • 1 Cup of Milk

  • 1 Egg, Slightly Beaten

  • 1 Tbs. of Sour Cream

  • 1 1/4 Cups of Blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  Combine bisquick, sugar, and baking soda together in a mixing bowl and set aside. Combine in another bowl your wet ingredients (vanilla, milk, sour cream, and egg) and mix well.    Lightly coat the blueberries in the dry flour mixture. This keeps the berries from bursting as much. Set berries to the side. Add together the wet and dry ingredients, mixing well to remove any lumps. Fold your blueberries in gently. Cook the pancake batter on a well greased preheated griddle and enjoy!
