7-Up Salad

From the Kitchen of Gaynell Dodge of Big Sandy, Tennessee

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup of Mini Marshmallows

  • 1 Large Box Lime Jello

  • 1 Small Can Crushed Pineapple, Drained

  • 1 Box Cream Cheese

  • Pecans, Chopped

  • 2 Cups Hot Water

  • 2 Cups 7-Up

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, combine jello, marshmallows, cream cheese, and hot water.  Once mixed well, add 7-Up.  After salad has jelled a bit, add pecans and pineapple and place in the refrigerator to chill before serving.
