Apple Bread

From the Kitchen of Kay Jones of Ramsey, Illinois

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

  • 4 1/2 Tsp. Evaporated Milk

  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 Tsp. Baking Soda

  • 1 Cup Chopped, Unpeeled Apples

  • Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

     Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan. Combine sugar, eggs, milk, and oil together and beat until well blended. Add flour, soda, and salt. Mix until batter is smooth. Season apples with cinnamon and sugar. Stir in chopped apples. Bake about 1 hour.
