Apple Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Cups Apples, Cubed

  • 1/3 Cup Walnuts, Chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp. Honey

  • 1/2 Cup Raisins

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the apple, walnuts, and raisins together in bowl and toss gently to combine. In another bowl, mix together the honey and yogurt, then pour the dressing over the apple mixture. Stir to combine. Cover the salad and place it in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
