Baked Parmesan Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Lb.  Ground Beef

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped

  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix meat, cheese, parsley, egg, and garlic together. Roll mixture into balls. Mixture should create 12 meatballs. Place in a foil-lined baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.   Place meatballs in chaffing dish to keep warm. Add colored toothpicks in each meatball to allow for easy dipping in chosen sauce.
