Blueberry Butter

From the Kitchen of Elaine Wynn of Big Sandy, TN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pint of Fresh Blueberries (or 10 Oz. if frozen)

  • ½ lbs. of Butter, Room Temperature

  • 1 Cup of Powdered Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the ingredients into your blender jar in the order given. Blend until smooth and creamy. Makes about 2½ cups.
