Coffee Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Eggs

  • ¾ Cup Water

  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Tsp. Butter Extract

  • 1 – 3 Oz. Box Vanilla
    Pudding Mix

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix

  • ¼ Cup Sugar

  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon

  • ½ Cup Pecans, Chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  Preheat oven to 350ºF. In bowl, combine eggs, water, vanilla extract, butter extract, pudding mix and cake mix together, blending well. Pour half of mixture into a greased and floured baking pan.

In another bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and pecans, then sprinkle mixture over first half of batter. Pour on rest of batter. Bake for about 30 minutes. Add glaze while cake is still hot, if desired.
