Corn Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Can Cream Style Corn

  • 1 Tbsp. Self Rising Flour

  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar

  • 3 Tbsp. Evaporated Milk

  • 1 Egg

  • Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Combine the flour and sugar. Add the cream corn, egg, and milk, and mix well. Pour in the mixture into a casserole dish. Cut about 2 Tbsp. worth of butter on top of the mixture. Bake for 1 hour.
