Corn Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Can Whole Corn, Drained

  • 1 Can Creamed Corn

  • 2 Eggs, Beaten

  • 1 (8.5 Oz.) Box of Corn Muffin Mix

  • 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • 1 (16 Oz.) Tub of Sour Cream

  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a bowl, stir together all the ingredients except for the cheese. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until set. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the dish during the last 5 minutes of baking.
