Jalapeño Popper Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 – 8 Oz. Packages Cream Cheese

  • 1 Package Real Bacon Bits

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter

  • ½ Bag Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

  • ½ Cup Bread Crumbs

  • 1 – 4 Oz. Can Green Chilies, Chopped

  • 1 – 4 Oz. Can Jalapeños, Diced (Fresh, if available)

  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

  • ½ Cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix cream cheese, bacon bits, chilies, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and ¼ cup of parmesan together. Spoon into baking dish. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, ritz crackers, remaining parmesan cheese, and butter. Microwave butter for about 30 seconds to melt and evenly coat other ingredients. Spread crumb mixture over dip. Bake for about 20 minutes.
