Creamy Pimento Cheese

From the Kitchen of Gaynell Dodge of Big Sandy, TN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Lb. Velveeta Cheese

  • 8 Oz. Package Cream Cheese

  • 1 Small Jay Pimento, Diced

  • 1 Tsp. Sugar

  • 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Salt

  • 2 Tbsp.  Sweet Pickle Relish

  • Mayonaise, to Taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Place cheese in mixing bowl. Allow time enough for cheese to soften. Add remaining ingredients, except for mayonnaise. Beat with electric mixer, adding mayonnaise a tablespoon at a time, until creamy consistency is reached. Spread mixture on bread for a delicious sandwich. Keep refrigerated.
