Crustless Coconut Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 3/4 Cups Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Flour

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 4 Whole Eggs

  • 1 1/2 Cups Coconut, Shredded

  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 Cup Butter, Melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Butter a 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mixture into pie pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove  from oven and let cool.
