Hamburger Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 Lb. Ground Beef

  • 1 Medium Onion, Chopped

  • 1 Quart Potatoes, Sliced

  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1 Can Mixed Vegetables

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 325ºF. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onions. Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish with the potato slices. Pour the beef and onions over top of the potatoes. Add the can of cream of mushroom soup and can of mixed vegetables to the dish and stir to combine. Bake for 1½ hours.
