Homemade Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups Flour, Unsifted

  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

  • 1/4 Cup Half & Half Cream

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter, Softened

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

 Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder together in a bowl and make a well or hole in the middle of the mixture. In another bowl, combine the cream, butter, and eggs. Pour the liquid into the well of the flour mixture and combine the two using a fork, pulling the flour from the sides into the center. Once the the mixtures are combined, cut the dough in half. Roll each half into a thin sheet on a well-floured surface. Allow the sheets to partially dry before cutting into strips and using or freeze for a later date.
