Peach Cobbler

From the Kitchen of Gaynell Dodge of Big Sandy, TN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Large Can of Peaches

  • 1 Cup of Self-Rising Flour

  • 1 Stick of Margarine

  • 3/4 Cup of Milk

  • 1 Cup of Sugar

  • Cinnamon, For Sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 350ºF degrees. Melt the margarine in your baking dish as the oven heats up. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and milk. Place peaches in a baking dish over the melted margarine. Pour the flour mixture of the top of the peaches. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top. Bake your cobbler for 1 hour.
