Peanut Butter Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Oz. Cream Cheese, Softened

  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar

  • 1 (8 Oz.) Carton Cool Whip

  • 3/4 Cup of Peanut Butter

  • 1 (9 Inch) Graham Cracker Pie Crust

TOPPING

  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1/4 Cup Whipping Cream

  • 1 Tsp.  Corn Syrup

  • 4 Grahma Crackers, Crushed, Or Chopped

  • Nuts (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  In a bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Fold in peanut butter and cool whip. Spoon filling into the crust and smooth top. Place in refrigerator to chill. In a small saucepan over a low heat, melt chocolate chips while being careful not to let them burn. Stir in whipping cream and corn syrup until smooth. Remove from heat and gently pour glaze over pie. Top pie with crushed graham cracker or chopped nuts, if desired. Chill pie for at least two hours before serving.
