Stuffed Veggie Pepper

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Green Pepper, Gutted

  • 1 Can Mixed Vegetables

  • 1 Handful of Oyster Crackers

  • 1 Slice Swiss Cheese

  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded

  • Dash of Garlic Salt

  • Dash of Minced Onion

  • Dash of Garlic Powder

  • Dash of Garlic Pepper Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cut gutted pepper in half and fill with halves with mixed vegetables. Place mixed vegetables into the pepper halves and sprinkle on the spices. Add the oyster crackers. Then top with the shredded cheddar and swiss cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
