Grille Yogurt Chicken Quarters

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 to 6 Chicken Leg Quarters

  • 1/2 Cup of Berry Yogurt

  • 1 1/2 Cups of Water

  • 1 Tsp. of Salt

  • Barbecue Sauce of Choice

INSTRUCTIONS

Place chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Combine yogurt, water, and salt together in bowl and spread over chicken. Cover dish and place in refridgerator to chill and marinate over night. Once your grill is ready, remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium heat until the meats’ juices run clear. Baste the chicken with your favorite barbecue sauce before removing from grill.
