Hamburger Stew

From the Kitchen of Gaynell Dodge of Big Sandy, Tennessee

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Lb. Ground Chuck

  • 3 or 4 Medium
    Potatoes, Cubed
    & Sliced

  • 1 Large Onion, Diced

  • 1 Can Stewed
    Tomatoes

  • ½ Can Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Place ground chuck and onion in skillet and brown. Add tomatoes, water, and potatoes. Bring to a boil and turn heat down. Place lid on skillet and simmer until done.
