Microwave Fudge

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. of Powdered Sugar, Sifted

  • 1 Stick of Butter

  • 1 Tsp. of Vanilla

  • ½ Cup of Cocoa

  • ¼ Cup of Milk

  • 1 Cup of Nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

  Mix powdered sugar and cocoa in a large microwave-safe bowl. Without stirring, add to the bowl your milk and butter. Microwave combined ingredients on high for 2½ to 3 minutes.

Next, stir in the vanilla and nuts of your choice. Pour mixture into a greased 8×9 dish. Place fudge in the freezer for 20 minutes or cool in refrigerator for 1 hour. Once completely cool, cut your fudge into squares.
