Pork Tenderloin

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (1½ lb.) Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 Tsp. Meat Tenderizer

  • ¼ Tsp. Salt

  • ¼ Tsp. Black Pepper

  • ½ Cup Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 Stick (½ Cup) Butter

  • ½ Tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 500ºF degrees. Line a 13×9 baking pan with aluminium foil. Wash tenderloin and pat dry with paper towel. Sprinkle tenderloin well with meat tenderizer and then rub with Worcestershire sauce. Melt the butter and slowly pour over tenderloin. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and pepper over the meat.  Place in oven and roast meat for 12-15 minutes without being covered. Turn on the oven and leace the tenderloin in the oven for 45 minutes. Let meat cool slightly before slicing. Serves 8.
