Potato Casserole

From the Kitchen of Carolyn Draffen of Paris, TN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Package Frozen Hash
    Browns

  • 2 Cups Cheese, Grated

  • 1 Can Cream Of Chicken
    Soup

  • 1 Stick Butter, Melted

  • ¼ Tsp. Pepper

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • ½ Cup Onion, Chopped

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine all the ingredients together and spread into the bottom of a casserole dish. Bake casserole for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
