Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lbs. of Potatoes, Peeled and Sliced

  • 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • ½ Cup of Chopped Onions

  • ¼ Cup of Chopped Green Bell Pepper

  • 1 Cup of Cooked Cubed Ham

  • ½ Cup of Cooked Bacon

  • 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • ½ Cup of Water

  • ½ Tsp. of Garlic Powder

  • ¼ Tsp. of Salt

  • ¼ Tsp. of Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Layer sliced potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker. Over top of potatoes, combine all remaining ingredients. Place lid and cook on high for 4 hours.
