Sweet Potato Custard Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Medium Sweet Potatoes

  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla

  • 1½ Cups Sugar

  • ½ Tsp. Salt

  • ¼ Cup Heavy Cream

  • 1 Unbaked Pie Crust

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Boil potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them in a bowl. Add other ingredients and stir to combine. Pour custard into your pie crust and bake for 45 minutes.
